Opened in Summer 2024, we are a fresh and exciting wedding and events venue set in the heart of North Yorkshire. Our beautifully custom-designed luxury barn is a versatile space, perfectly suited to both intimate celebrations and larger-scale events.
Led by a fun, passionate, and energetic team, we are dedicated to helping you create the wedding of your dreams — every detail, every moment, just as you imagine it.
Our spectacular and truly unique venue is complemented by a collection of luxury lodges, thoughtfully converted from former farm buildings. Located at High Brockholme Farm, near Northallerton, the venue and accommodation enjoy breathtaking panoramic views across the Cleveland and Hambleton Hills.

From warm natural wood and floor-to-ceiling glass to elegant lighting and polished concrete floors, every detail has been thoughtfully considered. Relax in comfortable lounge areas and enjoy our fully stocked on-site bar, all combining to create an unforgettable venue experience.
Luxury Accommodation
THE ACCOMMODATION
We offer on-site accommodation for up to 66 guests across 19 beautifully appointed bedrooms, all just a stone’s throw from the Wedding Barn. Our accommodation includes The Dairy; a six-bedroom house, four three-bedroom lodges, and our honeymoon suite; The Hayloft.
For weekend weddings, exclusive hire includes a two-night stay in the Honeymoon Suite, allowing you to relax and fully enjoy every moment without feeling rushed. You’ll receive the keys 3pm on Friday afternoon, with the venue exclusively yours until Sunday morning — giving you ample time to prepare, celebrate, and savour the morning after your wedding. Please note that The Dairy must be booked alongside the venue for a minimum of two nights.
For midweek weddings, you will have access to the accommodation from 5pm the evening before until 10am the morning after.
The Lodges can be booked by your guests, making it easy for everyone to stay together and enjoy a full weekend of celebrations.
The Hayloft
THE HONEYMOON SUITE
The Hayloft is our stunning honeymoon suite, offering breathtaking views across the surrounding countryside. It provides the perfect space to get ready with your wedding party and to relax together the morning after your celebrations.
This spacious two-storey lodge features light-filled living accommodation on the ground floor, enhanced by impressive floor-to-ceiling windows. Upstairs, you’ll find a beautifully designed bedroom complete with a luxurious copper bath, while outside, a private balcony with a hot tub offers an unforgettable place to unwind and take in the views.

High Brockholme barns location allows photographers to capture the perfect backdrop for weddings large or small with spectacular rolling views towards the Hambleton Hills.
Sat between the Cleveland Hills and the Yorkshire Dales, High Brockholme Barns is nestled at the top of a hill and is perfectly situated to make the most of the Yorkshire views.

Having attended our nieces wedding on Saturday 12th October, Mr and Mrs Abel. We wanted to say how fabulous the whole weekend was. The venue was absolutely stunning and after hearing all about it from the initial plans it was hard to imagine the finished venue. However, you've done a wonderful job. OK - not sure where to begin with this. After our first meeting with Alan and the team over a year ago, we told them our ideas and they both said "you're crazy. We're in". From that point on, the help, advice, service and execution have been second to none. From building a pallet bar for our woodland ceremony, to arranging a full-on curtain drop for our first dance, these guys made our day the magical and insane experience it was. We're so glad they embraced our madness and absolutely smashed it with us. Thank you so much guys - we're quite a bit in love with you both

From the wedding eve when they turned up first thing to set everything up and ensure it was perfect, to the morning of our wedding when again they turned up first thing to make sure everything was flawless and the table accident that happened prior to our wedding buffet (caused by one our guests) to the day after clean down, nothing was too much trouble and they made our wedding a truly memorable experience.
We cannot recommend Alan and their Team highly enough. They are really friendly, professional, know how to throw an amazing wedding and they will make your day one to remember.
